Engineered Class Pulley by Martin

LONG-LASTING AND ALWAYS RELIABLE

  • Can be used to carry heavy loads.
  • High durability for extreme conditions in any type of industry.
  • Gives optimum performance that lasts a life-time

END DISC DESIGN

Reduces failure with end disc that utilizes integral hub design and flexible end discs by eliminating the welding between the end disc and hub.

STRESS BALANCE DESIGN

The flexible design will not cause stress triggers on the pulley because the rim, end disc, keyless lockers, and shaft work simultaneously.

PULLEY TYPES

Engineered Mine Duty (EMD)

  • What is it for?
    • Specially designed for heavy-duty application.
    • Can be used as head, drive, or take-up pulley.
  • Why is it special?
    • High-durability for extreme environment.
    • Stable performance for big conveyor systems (example: coal, nickel, or hematite mining).

Engineered Turbo-Disc (TD)

  • What is it for?
    • Suitable for high-speed and medium to heavy-load conveyors.
  • Why is it special?
    • Strong yet light.
    • Can be applicated on long, hgh-speed conveyors.
    • Generally used on conveyor systems that requires efficient energy.

Engineered T-Bottom (TB)

  • What is it for?
    • Suitable for heavy conveyor systems, especially used as tail pulleys.
  • Why is t special?
    • Highly resistant to torsional moments and impact loads.
    • Suitable for tail end areas or applications with reverse loads.

Dead Shaft Pulley (DSP)

  • What is is for?
    • Used in idler conveyor systems, where the pulley rotates and the shaft remains idle.
    • Very common in overland conveyor systems, stacker-reclaimers, or bucket wheel excavators.
  • Why is it special?
    • Minimal maintenance.
    • Safer for hard to reach areas.
    • Strong design for long-term usage.
